Today, we have expanded our product varieties to include an extensive range of smoked fish, such as gindara (oilfish), bandeng (milkfish), tuna, and marlin. Our commitment to use only the finest raw materials reflects our passion to deliver the best quality products. By using imported premium Atlantic salmon that is rich in fatty acids we bring high quality smoked salmon, which melts in your mouth. Our gindara (oilfish), bandeng (milkfish), tuna, and marlin are sourced from diverse local regions of Indonesia. All of our smoked fish are carefully trimmed, dry salted, followed by slow cold-smoking process for salmon, gindara (oilfish), tuna, marlin and hot-smoking process for bandeng (milkfish). We use natural smoke from maple and fruit trees wood to bring out wonderful aromatic fragrance and delicate flavor resulting in a delectable delicacy for you.
